Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 500 gmschicken thigh boneless
  2. 25 gmsthyme
  3. to tasteSalt and pepper
  4. 1 tbspmayonnaise
  5. 2 tbspgrated processed cheese
  6. 1 tbspfinely chopped green chill
  7. 1egg + 1 egg white
  8. 1/2 cupmilk
  9. 1 tbspcornflour
  10. 1 cuppanko bread crumbs
  11. as neededOil for frying
  12. 1 tbspfinely chopped garlic
  13. 1 tspfinely chopped ginger
  14. 2 tbspfinely chopped coriander leaves
  15. 8-10ice cream sticks

Cooking Instructions

    Boil chicken with thyme till it is tender

    Let it coil

    Roughly blend boiled chicken in blender

    To this add one egg white,ginger,garlic,green chilli,cornflour salt and pepper,onion mayonnaise,cheese,coriander leaves and mix well.

    Shape it in popsicles on ice cream stick. Make.slurry of milk.and egg and season it with salt and pepper. Dip popsicles in slurry and.coat with bread crumbs

    Keep it in fridge for 2hrs to.set

    Heat oil.in a karahi and fry popsicles on.medium heat

    Drain oil and keep it on kitchen towel to get rid of.excess oil

  9. 9

    Serve with red radish,onion rings and schezwan sauce
