Ingredients

  • 3bitter gourd
  • 1sweet potato
  • 1/4 portionraw banana
  • 1/4 portiona raw pspaya
  • 1/2brinjal
  • 1 teaspoonginger paste
  • 1/2 tspcelery seeds paste
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil for frying
  • As neededwater for boilng

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut all the veggies

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan add the veggies and saute for a while

  3. 3

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover

  4. 4

    Now add water and cover till it starts getting tender

  5. 5

    Once the veggies become tender add the ginger and celery seeds pasteix well.

  6. 6

    The sukto is ready to be served
