Ingredients

  1. *Cake**
  2. 1 3/4 cupssugar
  3. 1 2/3 cupscanola oil
  4. 2whole eggs
  5. 4 tablespoonsred food coloring
  6. 3 tablespoonsvanilla extract
  7. 2 1/4 cupscake flour
  8. 5 tablespoonscocoa powder
  9. 1 1/2 teaspoonssalt
  10. 1 cupbuttermilk
  11. 2 teaspoonswhite vinegar
  12. 1 1/2 teaspoonsbaking soda
  13. *Frosting**
  14. 24 ouncescream cheese, at room temperature
  15. 8 ouncesbutter, at room temperature
  16. 2 teaspoonsvanilla extract
  17. 8 cupspowder sugar, sifted
  18. *Ganache**
  19. 125 grWhite Chocolate
  20. 40 grMilk Chocolate
  21. 60 grHeavy Cream
  22. Red Food Coloring

Steps

  1. 1

    *Frosting**

    Add 3 8 oz packages cream cheese

  3. 3

    Add room temp butter

  4. 4

    Add vanilla

  5. 5

    Add 8 cups powedered sugar (1/2 cup at a time)

  6. 6

    Beat fast to add air

  7. 7

    *Cake**

  8. 8

    Add sugar, canola oil, eggs, red die, vanilla extract -> mix

  9. 9

    Cake flour, cocoa, salt

  10. 10

    Combine 9 + 1/2 of 10 with 1/2 of buttermilk and mix

  11. 11

    Add rest of dry ingredients and rest of buttermilk

  12. 12

    Baking soda + vinegar in new bowl

  13. 13

    Add 13 to bader

  14. 14

    Split in 3 pans of 8 in

  15. 15

    Cook 25min 350C

  16. 16

    *Ganache**

  17. 17

    Melt chocolat with milk

  18. 18

    Add hot cream -> mix

  19. 19

    Add red coloring
