Ingredients

  • 100 gmdesi kala chana
  • 50 gmoil for fry
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tspchat masala
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 spoon Coriander leaves

    Pan me oil garamkare aur ek steel wali chalni me sukhe chane(2spoon) dale aur chani ko pan me rakhe aur spoon se hilate jay chane sikne ki awaj ane lagegi jab chane puri tarah se foot jy tbnapkin paper m nikale ab isi tarah pure chane tale

    Sare chane ko nikalker usme namak lal mirch chat masala add karein ab lemon juice aur hara dhaniya dalker serve karein. ☺
