Ingredients

  • 500 gmbottle gourd chopped into slices
  • 100 gmpumpkin chopped into slices
  • 200 gmprawn
  • 1 tbspkala jeera
  • 2green chilli
  • 1 tbspturmeric
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil
  • 1 tspghee
  • 1 tspgaram masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean those prawn fishes add turmeric powder and salt and mix it well

  2. 2

    Heat a pan add oil and deep fry those prawn

  3. 3

    Add oil, prawn,Kala jeera,pumpkin,sugar,green chilli,turmeric powder salt and lau and cover it for 10mins

  4. 4

    Saute it well

  5. 5

    Garnish it ghee and garam masala and serve it hot
