  • 70 gmBroken rice
  • 220 gmMilk
  • 60 gmSugar
  • 1 dropKewra assence
  • 1 dropRose water
  • pinchCardamom powder
  • 4nos Almond -
  • 2nos Pista broken-
  • 4nos Cashew broken-
  • 2-4Dry lotus petals-

Steps

  1. 1

    Take small utensils.put a rice in same.and soked. For 40 mint.

  2. 2

    Take a dry nuts.and finally chopped.as a almond.cashew..

  3. 3

    Take a green fresh cardemom. do roasted.make a grinding Powder.

  4. 4

    Take big utensil pouring milk in same.keep on simmer.

  5. 5

    After 40 mint. Rice put in boiling milk.

  6. 6

    Added sugar.

  7. 7

    Keep on boiling.

  8. 8

    After completed work added dry fruits.assence.and lotus rose petal..

  9. 9

    Having a yummy taste..

  10. 10

    Serve hot/ cold..
