Ingredients

  1. Ingridents for rabdi
  2. 1 ltrfull cream milk
  3. 1/4 cupchopped dryfruits
  4. 1/2 cup sugar or according to your taste
  5. 1/2 tsp elaichi powder
  6. Ingridents for gulab jamun
  7. 100 gmmava/khoya
  8. 1 tbsppaneer
  9. 1 tbspmaida
  10. as neededGhee for frying
  11. Ingridents for chashni
  12. 2 cupsugar
  13. 2 cupwater
  14. 4Kuti elaichi

Steps

  1. 1

    Rabdi banane ke liye Full cream milk ko ubale. Malai ko pan ke side mein jama karte jaye. 1 tihai dudh reh jaye to sari malai khurachkar dudh mein mila dein. Elaichi powder, Katre meve aur sugar apke taste ke hisab se dalkar 5 minutes aur pakaye.

    Gulab jamun banane ke liye pehle chashni bana lein. Sari samgriyo ko Ubal kar ek taar ki chashni bana lein. Gulab jamun ki samgriyo ko achhi tarah masalkar chhoti chhoti goliya bana lein. Ghee mein slow flame par golden fry karke chashni mein dal dein.

    1 hour ke baad shots glass mein 1 chamach chilled Rabdi dale. Uspar gulab jamun rakhkar fir Rabdi dale uspar gulab jamun rakhkar kate meve se garnish karein.
