  8. 4Uble aloo halka namak mirch chhidke
  9. 1cupUble namkeen sprouted moong (ubalte samay namak dale)
  10. 1 cupUble namkeen chat chhole (ubalte samay namak dale)
  11. 6-8Sev puri ki puri
  12. 2 cupShakkar dalkar feta hua dahi
  13. 1/2 cupImli khajoor chutney
  14. 6 tspDhaniya pudina chutney
  15. As neededBarik kate pyaz
  16. As neededdhaniyapatti barik kati
  17. 2-4 tspChat masala
  18. As neededBarik sev for garnish
  19. As neededAnardane for garnish

Steps

    Katori banane ke liye katori banane ki sari samgriyo ko mix karke gungune pani ki madat se sakht ata gundh lein. Dhakkar 10 minutes rakh dein.

    Ate ki chhoti chhoti loyiya banakar puri belkar side mein rakhe. Ek steel ki utni badi katori lein jitni badi katori aap banana chahte hain. Katori ko ulta rakhkar uspar oil brush kar dein.

    Ab uspar beli hui puri rakhkar katori ko cover kar dein. Dhyan rakhe. Puri ko katori ke andar na mode nahi to maida katori steel katori se alag nahi hogi. Katori ke kinaro ko knife ki help se cut kar dein.

    Ab low to medium flame par in katoriyo ko golden fry kar lein. Dhyan dein kadahi mein utni katoriyo ko dale jitni oil mein achhe se doob jaye

  5. 5

    Ate ki katori steel katori se alag hone lage tab pakad ki madat se steel katori savdhani se nikal kar ate ki katori mein kadahi ka garamoil bhar dein jisse wo andar tak sik jaye.

    In katoriyo ko thanda kar air tight container mein bharkar 1 month tak rakha ja sakta hai.

  7. 7

    Katoriyo mein vade tod kar aloo, chhole, moong dalkar dahi dale pyaz, puri ko crush karke dale. Fir se dahi, Hari chutney, meethi chutney dalkar dhaniyapatti, chat masala, barik sev se garnish karein.
