Ingredients

  • 2punch kunde leaves
  • 1punch of mitoo
  • 1onion
  • 1tblsp oil
  • 2tomatoes,(optional)
  • Salt
  • 2tblsp munyu,(traditional)
  • 3 cupsflour

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the vegetables and wash them thoroughly

  2. 2

    Preheat your sauce pan plus the munyu add in the vegetables and salt, leave them to cook,2-3mins,while waiting boil your water for ugali,add in flour slowly as you stir until it's hard enough,serve,

  3. 3

    Remove and drain unnecessary water, set aside

  4. 4

    Preheat the pan with oil,add onion,tomatoes, but not necessarily

  5. 5

    Add in your vegetables and mix well, leave for seconds, remove and serve with ugali, enjoy
