  • 1Complete Pancake mix
  • 1water
  • 1butter
  • 1cream cheese
  • 1natural strawberry jam preserves
  • 1buttermilk syrup

  1. 1

    in a bowl whip up 1 cup of complete pancake mix with 1/2 cup of water

  2. 2

    heat up frying pan with butter.

  3. 3

    pour desired amt of mix into pan. Allow to wait for air bubbles to form as indication to flip.

  4. 4

    when pancake is ready set onto a plate and top with cream cheese and strawberry jam in the middle and drizzle buttermilk syrup all over. This is sooo kid friendly and yummy they'll love this on sleep over night events. enjoy.
