Mash the boiled potatoes.

Roughly chop the cheese slice and add it to the mashed potatoes.

Add salt, red chilli powder and Italian seasoning.

Dip the bread slice in water. Squeeze out the excess water and add the bread into the mixture.

Mix or knead the mixture properly.

Heat oil in a kadhai. Simply press this mixture on a flat surface or on a plate. Cut with a heart shaped cookie cutter.

Deep fry these in the hot oil.

It is ready to serve.
