Ingredients

  1. 1 small bowlRice
  2. 1Brinjal big one
  3. 1/2 tspGinger garlic paste
  4. 1/2 tspMustard seeds
  5. 1/2 tspurad dal
  6. As neededCurry leaves
  7. 1red chilli
  8. 2 tbspoil
  9. 2 tbsppeanuts/ cashew nuts
  10. 1 tbspnlemon juice
  11. as neededCoriander leaves chopped
  12. 1/2 tspturmeric
  13. 1- 1/2 tbsp Vangi baath powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take the pan. Add oil in it, add the seeds ; nuts ; dal ; curry leaves ; chilli. Stir

  2. 2

    Then add in the brinjal and few drops of water so as it does not get stuck.

  3. 3

    Add in the turmeric and the vaangi baath powder.

  4. 4

    Add in the rice and mix the lemon juice, salt to taste. Mix all and the rice is ready.
