Ab is besan ko idli mekar me idli ki tarah pakode bana le

Jab pakode thande ho jaye tab uske peace kar le

Ab 1/2 cup besan ko curd me mix karein or pani mila kar achhe se mix karein usme red chilli, roasted jeera, hing, curry patti, hari mirch, ginger daal kar achhe se mix karein or pani daal kar mixture taiyar karein

Ab kadhai garam karein usme haldi ko roast karein

Jab haldi roast ho jaye tab usme roasted rahi, methi daale or besan ka mixture daal kar spoon se ghumate rahe jisse usme lumps na pade or pakode daale or dak kar 15-20 mints pakaye beech beech me chalati rahe ki kadhai me chapke nahi
