Ingredients

  • 2 lbground beef, browned and drained
  • 1green bell pepper, diced
  • 1large onion, diced
  • 3celery stalks
  • 1 tbspminced garlic
  • 1 candark kidney beans (15 oz)
  • 1 canRotel diced tomatoes and green chilies (10 oz)
  • 1 canBush's Frijoles a la mexicana, or Ranch style beans (15 oz)
  • 1 canstewed tomatoes (15 oz)
  • 2 cantomato sauce (15 oz)
  • 2 envelopeMcCormick mild chili seasoning
  • 2 tspsalt
  • pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown and drain ground beef.
