Wash and cut the bhindi into small pieces. Finely chopped the onion, capsicum and tomato.

Heat the Kadhai on high flame, dry roast the whole jeera. Lower the flame add onion and fry till they are translucent. Add capsicum, tomato, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and green chilli. Add 2-3 tbsp water.Cover and cook for few seconds.

Add bhindi and salt and fry for few more mints. Sprinkle some water. Cover and cook till the bhindi is soft but crunchy.

Sprinkle some garam masala powder. Enjoy Bhindi fry with hot roti.
