Beetroot Kofta Recipe:-
1. Mix well all the Ingredients to make a dough (shouldn’t be too hard)
2. Now keep the batter aside for 30 minutes to rest.
3. Heat the non-stick mould on a low-medium flame. - 2
4. Pour a spoonful of batter in each mould, cover the pan and let it cook.
5. Cook till the outer surface becomes light brown and then turn kofta upside down using a fork so as to cook them from the other side as well.
6. Repeat with the remaining batter to make more kofta. - 3
4. Now add Spinach+ Garam masala and mix well, cover it for 5-7 mints on a medium flame and let it cook.
5. Now add kofta in it, cook for 5 minutes.
6. Now Garnish it according to your wish and Serve. - 4
Spinach Curry Recipe:- 1. In a pan start by adding long, cumin seeds, dalchini, elaichi, hing, curry leaves, now roast it on low-medium flame.
2. Add Garlic-Ginger-Onion Paste and mix it well, roast till it turns light pink
3. Then add Tomato puree, mix well let it cook for 2 mints - 5
