Ingredients

11 serving
  1. 4potatoes boiled and peeled
  2. 1 bowlboiled peas
  3. 1 bowloats
  4. 5 slicebread
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  7. 1/4 tspcoriander powder
  8. 1 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  10. 1/4 tspBlack pepper powder
  11. 1/2 tspchaat masala
  12. as neededOil for deep frying and greasing
  13. as neededConflour to cover tikkis before frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Take potatoes and peas in a bowl or a dish and mash them well.

  2. 2

    Now add spices mentioned above and mix well.

  3. 3

    Now add oats and mix well again

  4. 4

    Now take bread slices and dip in water and squeeze it up and mash in the masala and mix well.

  5. 5

    Mix all this well and make fine dough.

  6. 6

    Now make balls and than from it make long rope flat it on a greased plate than give shape of rose. Follow step pics and follow this for remaining dough.

    Till than keep oil to heat for deep fry.

    Now cover all tikkis with conflour so they don't break out and stay in rose shape.

    Now deep fry them.

    So yummy healthy chatpati tikkis are ready.

    Serve hot oats Gulabo Tikkis with tomato ketchup.
