Ingredients

24 cookies
  1. 1/2 cupsoft butter
  2. 1 cupnatural peanut butter
  3. 2 cupspacked brown sugar
  4. 2eggs
  5. 1 tspvanilla
  6. 1/2 cupalmond milk
  7. 2 tspbaking soda
  8. 2 cupsAP flour
  9. 1 cupchopped unsalted peanuts
  10. 1/2 cupchocolate chips
  11. 1 cuppeanut butter chips

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400°

  2. 2

    Cream butter, pb, and sugar

  3. 3

    Add well beaten eggs and milk. Mix.

  4. 4

    Add soda and flour, mix well

  5. 5

    Add nuts and chips, mix thoroughly

  6. 6

    Scoop on to parchment lined baking sheets. They will not spread.

  7. 7

    Bake about 12 minutes

Started cooking/baking with Gram just as soon as I was old enough to stand in a chair, with her apron tied around my chest. Made my first solo Thanksgiving meal at age 8. Putting a new flair on classic nothern New England style cooking.
