Roast sesame seeds in a pan on low flame for 3 -4 mins

Grind them to make a fine paste .. add salt, tamarind paste, peppermint leaves, garlic cloves and green chilli and water and blend again

Grind all the ingredients to make a thick dip or sauce like consistency

Easy n quick dip or sauce is ready.. u can use it as a spread for sandwiches or in pita bread.. very easy to make and healthy
