  • 225 gmargarine
  • 250 ghoney (clear)
  • 100 gbrown sugar (molasses)
  • 3large eggs
  • 300 gplain flour
  • 2 tspbaking powder

Steps

    Pre- heat the oven and line a round baking tin at 160 degrees centigrade

  2. 2

    Sieve the dry ingredients

  3. 3

    Put the butter, sugar and honey into a bowl and whisk over a bowl of hot water until dissolved

  4. 4

    Add the eggs and whisk

  5. 5

    Add flour as you whisk for 10mins

  6. 6

    Bake at 160 dgrees

  7. 7

    Serve with cappuccinno
