Oil free green chane aloo (chholiye)
Steps

Take a pan add onion, garlic, ginger, tomatoes in it. Add 2 tbsp water. Cover it and cook until tomatoes tender.

Once cooled grind all in a fine paste.

Heat Kadhai. Add onion paste. Saute until it starts leaving Kadhai.

Add all spices. Saute well. Now add chhole and potatoes. Mix well. Add water (required for gravy). Cover it.

Cook on medium flame. Once done. Switch off gas.

Serve with rice or roti. Garnish coriander leaves.
