Sift your flour

Add all the other ingredients and mix. Do not add in milk

Mix well till evenly mixed. Then add in milk little at a time until the dough is well formed..

Knead the dough very well. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes until its doubled in size.

Divide the dough into 3 balls and roll them.cut it into 4 cover and allow it swell.Repeat this for the remaining dough.

Heat oil and deep fry them until golden brown.

Drain the oil then serve with tea
