Ingredients

  • 1/2 CupApple Juice
  • 3 ClovesGarlic, minced
  • 1 tspGround Ginger
  • 1/4 tspRed Pepper Flakes
  • 1/3 CupLight Brown Sugar, packed
  • 2Tblsp Ketchup
  • 1/4 CupSoy Sauce
  • 1Tblsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 lbsChicken, cut up
  • 3Green Onion, sliced
  • Thickening
  • 6Tblsp Milk
  • 1Tblsp Corn Starch

Steps

  1. 1

    Prep and place juice, garlic, ginger, pepper flakes, brown sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, and chicken in large mixing bowl. Stir to combine thoughly.

    Heat large skillet over medium heat.

  3. 3

    Pour contents of bowl into heated skillet. Cover and simmer until Chicken is fully cooked.

    In a small bowl mix six tablespoons milk with one tablespoon corn starch. Evenly drizzle milk mixture over chicken. Stir gently to combine. Allow to sauce to thicken.

    Toss with green onions.

  6. 6

    Serve over rice, rice noodles, potatoes, or as a side.
