Spread the kunafa dough strands lengthwise. Brush with melted butter, place Kiri cheese (or cream cheese) at one end, and roll up tightly like a log.

Grease a baking dish with butter. Arrange the rolls side by side and brush the tops with more butter.

Bake in the oven until golden brown on the bottom, then broil the tops until golden.

Remove from the oven and pour the sweetened condensed milk over the rolls. Enjoy!
