First soaked rice for 30 min

Heat the oil in a pan or cooker add oil then add cumin seed,bay leaves, cloves, black pepper and green cardamon saute for 30 sec

Then add chopped carrot, green peas and soya chunk saute for 1 min then add water

When water come to boil add soaked rice and salt mix it well then cover with lid

Cook for 12-15 min on medium flame

Veg soya chunk pulao is ready to serve with any type of vegetables curry's
