Take a bowl add add all the ingredients of stuffing.. mix it well..keep a side.. now take another bowl add boiled potato..salt..chilli paste mix it well..now take aloo mixture stuff paneer in it.. now roll it in kuttu/samak deep fry it.. serve with green chutney..

ANd stuff hari mirch stuffed with paneer stuffing and cover it with boiled potato mixture now coat it with kuttu ke aate ka paste.. deep fry it..
