Juicy Rib Eye Steak (Braai)
Goes great with mushrooms, cream cheese and asparagus.
Steps

place rib eye in a bowl

add 1/2 olive oil over steak
- 3
add 1/2 of Worcestershire sauce over steak
- 4
rub it in
- 5
season with salt and pepper
- 6
turn steak over and repeat steps

put in fridge for 20 minutes
- 8
build a fire or fire up the charcoal
- 9
the steak need high heat; make sure the coals are very hot.

place steak on grid and turn after 2 minutes

keep it on for another 2 minutes on the other side

turn the steak once again and keep it on each side for another 30-60 seconds

remove and serve with potato bake and asparagus
