Cinnamon-Sugar Muffins

Steps

Preheat oven to 400°F

Prepare muffin pan; grease or use paper baking cups. Set aside.

Beat milk, oil, and egg in small bowl
- 4
Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.

Pour wet ingredients into the dry and stir just until flour is moistened. Do not over stir!

Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter.

Bake at 400°F for 15-20 min or until golden brown.

Mix sugar and cinnamon in small bowl while muffins bake.

Melt margarine.

When done baking, immediately remove muffins from pan. Dip tops of muffins in margarine, then in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
