Mix the vegetable oil, white wine vinegar, white sugar, ramen noodle chicken seasoning, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.

Toss dressing with shredded cabbage, crushed ramen, and chopped green onions.

Mix well and serve. (Best served refrigerated)

Top with toasted sesame seeds and chopped almonds if desired.
