In a kadai add coconut oil when turns hot add hing and rai and curry leaves. Stirr and add chopped coriander and haldi. Stirr

Add chopped onions and salt stirr. When turns translucent add malvani masala and drumstics and potatoes (optional) mix well and cover.

Later add tomato puree and mix well. Check salt and add if required. Cover for next 5 mins

Check potatoes and drumstics turns soft then add cleaned and devained prawns. Mux well. Add green chillies. Cover for 2 mins.

Add coconut milk and mix cover for next 2-3 mins.

Check and sprinkle some garam masala if u like and coriander.

Serve with neer dosa.
