Steps

Heat oil in a pan,add cumin seeds once they are browned add onion when onion become translucent add ginger garlic paste chopped chilies saute.

Then add tomatoes and cook till they become soft, add all dry spices stir the spices.

Then add crumbled paneer cook for 4-5 minutes add chopped coriander leaves mix well heat off.

Garnish & serve paneer bhurji.
