Sieve the icing sugar

Add the coconut and condensed milk to the icing sugar and mix together until well combined.

Divide the mixture in half and add the food colouring to the one half

Press the white mixture into the base of a square pan
- 5
Now press the coloured mixture over the white mixture
- 6
Place into the fridge so that it can harden
- 7
Once it has set, cut into small squares
