Ingredients

2 sliceSandwich bread sliced into 1/2 inch squares
1 cupExtra virgin olive oil
1/4 cupFresh lemon juice
1/4 cupCappers (rinsed)
4Anchovy fillets (rinsed)
2 cloveMinced garlic
1/2 tspKosher salt
4 cupFresh parsley leaves (washed and dried)

Steps

Add bread, olive oil and lemon juice to a food processor and process until it's nice and smooth.

Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse until they are coarsely ground.

Place into a serving bowl.

Makes a good sauce for grilled steak.
