Ingredients

  1. 2 sliceSandwich bread sliced into 1/2 inch squares
  2. 1 cupExtra virgin olive oil
  3. 1/4 cupFresh lemon juice
  4. 1/4 cupCappers (rinsed)
  5. 4Anchovy fillets (rinsed)
  6. 2 cloveMinced garlic
  7. 1/2 tspKosher salt
  8. 4 cupFresh parsley leaves (washed and dried)

Steps

  1. 1

    Add bread, olive oil and lemon juice to a food processor and process until it's nice and smooth.

  2. 2

    Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse until they are coarsely ground.

  3. 3

    Place into a serving bowl.

  4. 4

    Makes a good sauce for grilled steak.
