1/2 poundgreen beans
Slicesone medium onion
1/2green bell pepper
1/2red bell pepper
1/2yellow bell pepper
Vinegar
Oil
Sugar
1/2 teaspoonsalt
Pinchpepper
1/2 cupwater

Steps

Slice the bell peppers and onion.

Cut the green beans, wash them well, boil, then rinse with cold water.

Add the green beans to the bell peppers and onion.

Add vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and 1/2 cup water, mix well, then serve. Enjoy!
