Cut potato into wedges. Sprinkle with below stuff. Bake 15 minutes at 450.

Cook rice in cooker same time as potato.

Cut below ingredients and cook on skillet on medium heat. Add sunflower nuts for a nice crunch.

Add soup to pot. Fill can with milk and add to pot. Cover and cook on medium.

Add rice to plate, soup on top and skillet items on top of that. Add potato wedges and top with ketchup. Enjoy!
