U need to make paratha

Take a plate of sprouted moong /green gram, add grated cheese, salt chat masala, chopped mint, coriander leaves, ginger-garic paste,,....as all taste and mix it well.

NOW...Take wheat flour Add salt.. and mix. Add water and knead dough. Grease the dough with oil and keep it for 5-10 minutes.
to set.......now Make small balls. as u love size - 4
Roll the balls make small chapati and do stuffing of moong....like aloo paratha..

Now fold roll the paratha carefully

Roll in big size as u want....it's ready to cook

Heat tawa. and cook it on both the sides with oil on medium flame.
Prepare all the parathas in the same way.... now u can
Serve it with curd or chutney.......as u love.... - 8
U can serve with sauce also all as taste
