First in a pan add oil whn hot add rai urad dal let it splutter

Now add slit green chilli and curry leaves

Add semolina and saute fr 3 to 4 mins add salt as per your taste

Now add hot water little by little and keep mixing it (approx one and half bowl of water)

Cover it and allow it to cook on slow flame

Now in another pan take half bowl semolina add 3 tbsp ghee to it and saute it you can add nuts like cashews and raisins and charoli

On another keep one and a half bowl milk to boil and add kesar to it

Once th semolina is sauté the well add hot milk to it and mix it well now add sugar as per your taste and cook it on low

Lastly add crushed cardamom powder and serve
