Steps

Combine semolina, sugar, salt, ginger-garlic paste, yogurt, moong, corn, green chillies, capsicum,chopped coriander, spinach and carrot in a bowl and mix well.

Add some water and mix well and set aside for 1 hour.

Add fruit salt and mix well.

Heat some oil in an appam mould. Spoon the prepared mixture into the moulds and cook till evenly golden from both sides.

Serve hot with coconut chutney.
