  • 2 cupyellow lentils
  • 1 cuponion
  • 10shallots
  • 5 tbspcurry leavs
  • 2 eachgreen chillies
  • 1 dashsalt
  • 2 tbspwater
  • 1 tbspcayenne pepper
  • 1oil for frying

  1. 1

    grind all the ingredients(except oil) corsely in a food processor

  2. 2

    shape the mixture into flat disks

  3. 3

    fry in piping hot oil until brown and drain onto tissue paper
