  1. 2 cupyellow lentils
  2. 1 cuponion
  3. 10shallots
  4. 5 tbspcurry leavs
  5. 2 eachgreen chillies
  6. 1 dashsalt
  7. 2 tbspwater
  8. 1 tbspcayenne pepper
  9. 1oil for frying

  1. 1

    grind all the ingredients(except oil) corsely in a food processor

  2. 2

    shape the mixture into flat disks

  3. 3

    fry in piping hot oil until brown and drain onto tissue paper
