I was reading through a magazine and saw a recipe for a easy potato salad.. Well i made it and well making it the mayo mix had a amazing flavor.. Thinking about it, i tried it with my chicken.. Now thats really good..

I was reading through a magazine and saw a recipe for a easy potato salad.. Well i made it and well making it the mayo mix had a amazing flavor.. Thinking about it, i tried it with my chicken.. Now thats really good..

in a medium mixing bowl, combine all the wet ingredients... mix until smooth.. always taste to make sure its seasoned well

on a plate, sprinkle the crumbs..

preheat the oven for 400°
- 4
clean the chicken, if need to be ( fat or extra skin). wash the chicken and dry completely..

dip the chicken in the wet mix.. cover completely. Coat the chicken in the dry mix.. place in a baker square or a glass 8 x 8

repeat until all the chicken is dipped and covered.

cover the chicken with tin foil

once the oven is preheated, place in the oven and cook for 40 - 50 minutes

the last 10 minutes remove the foil and cook the remaining time
