Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspGhee
  2. 3 podsCardamom
  3. 1 CupRaw mango(grated)
  4. 1 cupPalm jaggery

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and peel mango..grate the raw mango

  2. 2

    In a pan add ghee,grated raw mango and saute it well till the raw smell goes and cover the pan with lid in sim so that mango gets cooked

  3. 3

    After mango gets cooked add pounded palm jaggery and cook till it starts leaving the pan and serve..
