Ingredients

3ripe mangoes - peeled, seeded and chopped
1/2large red pepper chopped
1/2 cupred onion chopped
1/4 cupcilantro chopped
1jalapeno pepper finely chopped
Juice of 2 small limes
1/2 tspsalt

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Cover and let sit for 30 to 60 minutes before serving.
