  • 1raw mango(large)
  • 1 tablespooncherry crush
  • 1small cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoonBengali five spice
  • To tastesalt
  • As neededoil

Steps

    Peel and grate the mango

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan and temper the five spice

  3. 3

    Add the mango and saute adding salt

  4. 4

    Add water and sugar

  5. 5

    As it becomes a little thick remove from oven

  6. 6

    Garnish it with cherry crush

  7. 7

    Serve it cool
