Baby Spinach, Cherry Tomato, and Feta Salad (Greek Style)

Wash the spinach thoroughly and spread it out on a serving platter.

Lightly season with salt.

Whisk half of the olive oil with the lemon juice and drizzle the mixture over the spinach.

If using croutons or rusks, place them on top.
- 5
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and arrange them over the spinach. Season with a little salt.

Crumble the feta cheese over the tomatoes.
- 7
Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and drizzle with the remaining olive oil.
