Chicken Tikka

Steps

Prepare the marinade: add chillies, youghurt, salt and lemon to chicken. Cover and let it sit in the fridge for 2 hours.

Take a pan and add coat the pan with oil. Add chicken and cook on low heat until brown. Flip and cook on both sides.

Heat coals (1 to 2 pcs) until red. Add the coals to pan. Put few drops of oil on it and cover the pan.

Garnish with lemon and serve hot!
