Ingredients

  • 5medium sized fresh pepper
  • 1/2tuber of yam
  • 1/2milk cup of Palm oil
  • 1/2sliced onions
  • 2 spoonfulgrinded crayfish
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 bunchpumpkin leaves
  • 2 cubesmaggi (knor chicken)

  1. 1

    Cut, wash and boil your yam

  2. 2

    Boil for 10 mins,,,, once it tenders,,, drain the water and set aside

  3. 3

    Wash and slice the leaves, onion and grind your pepper

  4. 4

    Put the oil in a sauce pan,, adding other ingredients,,, setting aside the vegetable...

  5. 5

    Add the fries to the boiled yam...and stir

  6. 6

    Put back on the heat adding liitle quantity of water

  7. 7

    Stir very well and add the vegetables

  8. 8

    Leave for 10 seconds

  9. 9

    Serve hot...
