Ingredients

  • 1 cupgrated fresh corn
  • 1shimla mirch (capsicum) finely chopped
  • to tasteFew green chilies finely chopped
  • 1 cuprice flour
  • 1 cupcornflour
  • As neededMilk
  • 1 tspFine powder of black pepper
  • to tasteSugar
  • as neededFresh coriander finely chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl

    And add all the ingredients and make a smooth batter using milk.

    Make a little thick chillas on a preheated tawa or nonstick pan

    Cover and cook on both sides till done

    Serve with tomato ketchup or garlic sauce if you like it..
