Serves 1 serving

1/2 headlettuce, roughly chopped
1small cucumber, cut into large cubes
1 cantuna in water, drained
Dill (as much as you like)
Salt and pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoonolive oil

Add the chopped lettuce, cucumber, and dill to a bowl.

Drain the tuna and add it to the salad. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour the lemon juice and olive oil over the salad, toss gently, and enjoy!

Try adding tomato and fresh green onion!
